How to Care for Your 3D-Printed Dragon

Your dragon is more than just a model—it’s a handcrafted piece of art. To keep it looking its best, follow these simple care tips:

  • Handle with Care: While PLA and PETG are durable materials, articulated models have delicate joints that can break if mishandled. Always pick them up gently and avoid excessive force on the joints.
  • Keep Away from Heat: 3D-printed models can warp if exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources, or high temperatures. Avoid leaving them in hot cars or near radiators.
  • Dust Gently: Use a soft brush, microfiber cloth, or compressed air to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals, as they may damage the finish. If needed, wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Storage Matters: If you’re not displaying your dragon, store it in a dry place away from extreme temperatures. A display case or shelf is ideal for protecting it from accidental falls.

By following these tips, your dragon will remain a treasured part of your collection for years to come.

Rest assured, this comes at no extra cost to you, and I never accept payment for reviews—only honest opinions from one dragon keeper to another. Every coin earned helps fuel my 3D printing forge, so I can continue crafting magical creations for fellow adventurers. Thank you for supporting this little dragon’s lair!
