We collect information about you when you register with us, place an order, or provide feedback to us. This will normally include your name, address, email address and telephone number. Website information is collected using cookies.
How we use this information
We collect information about you to process your order and manage your account. If you sign up to our mailing list, we use this information to email you about products and services we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link”. We may use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website, such as your membership log in.
To process your order we will need to share some of your information with third parties, for example your delivery address will need to be shared with the delivery company. We may also use your email address to request feedback after you have received your order.
The Dragon Lady will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other companies.
Marketing
If you agree during checkout or by opting to sign up to our mailing list, we would like to send you information about products, special offers and posts that may be of interest. You may opt out of this marketing at any point but using the unsubscribe link that is provided at the bottom of every email newsletter. You can also contact us directly to request that we no longer contact you for marketing purposes.

Delivery charges are based on weight. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 48h tracked delivery (2-3 working days). You have the option of upgrading to Royal Mail 24h tracked delivery at checkout.
Please note, the 48h/24h tracked delivery is just the delivery time, this does not include the despatch time (when I am making your products). Current despatch times are shown at the top of the website, please check these before placing an order. While I work very hard to send orders out as quickly as possible, I am not amazon and do not offer a next day service. All items are made to order and so during busier periods such as school holidays or events, items may take longer to despatch. If you need something sent out as a priority, please contact me and you may be able to order an express service for a fee to jump the order queue (but this is not always available).
Goods are not packed in a way which is “pet proof”. We can accept no liability for goods damaged as a result of a pet gaining access to the goods, or for a pet consuming the goods.
We deliver to UK only
We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery resulting from circumstances outside our control e.g delays to delivery due to the weather
Current Royal Mail postal strikes may mean that your order is delayed, once despatched we have no control over delivery times. Please use the tracking number provided to you and contact me if your order is delayed by more than 10 working days (this is Royal Mails timescale for a lost parcel)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) retail customers have the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Perishable goods and any bespoke orders are excluded from these regulations and cannot be returned unless faulty.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. To cancel, please email jenni@thedragonlady.co.uk quoting your order reference. We will refund your money, if paid, as soon as possible. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation, but to help us improve the service we offer customers in the future, a brief explanation would be useful.
If you wish to return an order, please email jenni@thedragonlady.co.uk Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We strongly recommend you used a tracked service to return items and will not be able to refund unless items are received in a new, unused condition with original packaging.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact Jenni@thedragonlady.co.uk to let us know. We will do our best to fix the problem and make sure that it doesn’t happen again.

The purchase of products from the website is governed by these terms and conditions. By accessing the site and ordering and Goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The products supplied from this website are manufactured and packaged by The Dragon Lady. All goods remain the property of The Dragon Lady until paid for in full. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by or of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try and inform you of the reason without delay.
The order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
Prices and Availability
The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges is as set out on the website at the date of the order. Our products and prices are subject to change at any time. We work hard to keep the website prices as accurate as possible, however we cannot accept orders if we find there is an error either in the description of the goods or the price advertised. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the choice to cancel your order or to complete it at the correct price. If we are out of stock or a particular product we will contact you to advise and offer an appropriate substitute if available.
The description of the Goods is as set out on the website or any form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies on the size or colour of the Goods supplied. All Goods which appear on the website are subject to availability.

Liability
If there is a fault with the goods on your order, we may ask you to return the goods to us for examination, so we can work out what has gone wrong and ensure that the problem does not reoccur. We hereby exclude liability for any consequential loss, whether arising from the use of goods purchased, the late or non-delivery or our carried or any other cause.
